This wellbeing toolkit has been designed to give you practical tools that you can use alongside the local heritage information and links listed on this website. Our hope is that this will enhance your wellbeing through heritage experience. You can learn how to Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give all by choosing to step into these experiences.

We have included a variety of practices to try, some may be new to you, but that’s OK. This is a personal wellbeing journey. We encourage you to try each one, then come back and use the ones that work well for you.
