Breathwork & Meditation

You may already be familiar with mindfulness. It is the practice of being fully present in the moment, observing our thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgement, and anchoring our attention to the present moment. This is a wonderful skill you can learn right here, which will enhance your mental wellbeing.

When you’re ready, choose between breathwork and meditation, both of which are powerful wellbeing tools.

Breathwork

In the breathwork practices, choose between a relaxing and balancing practice. Both will enhance your feeling of wellbeing. You can choose to listen to an audio recording and be guided through these practices, or you can download the instructions and follow the step-by-step guide in your own time and pace.

Meditation

You can also try one of the mindfulness meditations. There is one for indoor use for when you are visiting one of our heritage buildings, and one for outdoor settings for when you are exploring our local historic landscapes.

Again, you can choose to listen to an audio recording and let Nichola guide you through these practices, or you can download the step-by-step guide and do it in your own time and pace.
